Esna Kemunto
Brief Bio:
Esna Kemunto is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Senior Associate at the firm, with a well-rounded practice spanning various areas of law including civil, Criminal and commercial litigation, family law, employment law, land and environment disputes, and legal compliance.
She is currently part of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team and has gained significant experience representing both corporate and individual clients. Esna is well-versed in drafting pleadings, preparing legal opinions, negotiating settlements, and appearing before courts and tribunals across Kenya.
Esna is known for her practical approach to problem-solving, her strong work ethic, and her commitment to delivering results that align with her clients’ interests.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law (PGDip KSL). She is duly admitted to the Roll of Advocates and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
