Our Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice represents clients in the Kenyan courts, as well as before tribunals.

We have extensive experience in representing clients before all Fourts in our legal system including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. We have also handled matters before the specialized courts; the Environment and Land Court as well as the Employment and Labour Relations Court. We regularly appear before several statutory tribunals and bodies including the National Environmental Tribunal, Public Procurement and Administrative Review Board, Public Private Partnerships Petitions Committee, Medical Practitioners’ and Dentists’ Board, Capital Markets Authority, Business Premises Rent Tribunal and the Tax Appeals Tribunal among others.

We handle a wide scope of civil and commercial litigation matters such as, constitutional and administrative litigation, employment, debt recovery, banking and finance, insurance claims, medical professional misconduct claims, public procurement and PPP disputes, succession, breach of contract, all forms of tortious claims and Property disputes. We also have capacity to represent clients in arbitration and mediation including Fourt-mandated mediation.
